Refund Policy

14-Day Return Right You have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at weequirkybits@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. We may ask you to return the defective item to us for inspection, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind Returns For returns due to change of mind (within the 14-day period), contact us at weequirkybits@gmail.com and we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
